About us

We are a small family run business and have been renting for some 35 years now.

My parents started with a few houses with pools to rent and now myself plus the "cleaning ladies" of course, continue working to offer you the best holiday ever.

We never take on too many properties so that we are able to give a very personal service and keep the accommodation to the highest standard.

We are based in Moraira, which is where all of our holiday villas are, so we're always to hand should you need us.

Moraira is a small fishing village which has grown into an area for poeple looking for sun, beach, sea, all kinds of water sports, tennis, golf, site-seeing and much more!

When in the area come and visit us in our family owned restaurant which is very well known and detailed in many gastronomic guides. We offer typical and authentic Mediterranean cooking from the area, e.g. tapas, paella and fish.

For the younger ones in the family there are local parks and the beach, of course, which is very close, plus just a 30min drive away is the famous "Terra Mitica" park.
